Job Description

• Should have 6+ Years of professional experience in Banking domain, and well versed in handling end to End testing of Finn One Collections, Dialer (Outbound) System and Core Banking.
• Must functioned as Functional Test Engineer.
• Must have working experience of In-Depth testing of Loan management System, especially with Finn One collections all modules, and ETHIX Core Banking application and must have knowledge on rates, amortization process and payment schedules.
• Must have experience in fetching and validating settlement & repossession data from Finn One Collections in ETHIX Core banking application and its integrated applications and web services.
• Must have functional knowledge of Dialer Outbound calls, OD accounts, and In-house Recovery allocation.
• Must have knowledge of Cost of Benefit and Analysis [COBA] calculation in repossession to achieve accuracy and resolution.
• Expertise in testing techniques, Test Cases Preparation, Test Cases Execution , System and Integration Testing , User Acceptance Testing, Retesting and Regression Testing.
• Expertise on Test management and Defect management tools like JIRA and Clear Quest.
• Should have experience in deploying the application build/packages in testing environments.
• Must have knowledge on database systems (Oracle, Sybase, etc..) and able to write SQL queries to validate the backend transactions.
• Must follow the bank testing process and ADIB delivery model.
• Must communicate issues and defects identified during execution with the Development team, Project manager, and Business / stake holders.
• Provide all required testing documents, ensure the impact assessment, and conduct regression.
• Provide support in analyzing the reported system functional issues and delivery items.
• Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring of all defects and issues. If results are not meet SLA, then Re-run execution after respective changes implemented in application.
• Publish results and receive appropriate signoff and ensure on time delivery and zero-defect leakage.
• Facilitate (IT Project Manager / Business Project Manager / IT Relationship Manager) in project engagement / BAU activities.
• All postproduction issues part of system package, need to be tested thoroughly.
• Strong communication, customer focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
• Good to have knowledge in building continuous testing pipeline in DevOps using tools like Jenkins, GIT, etc.
• Good to have knowledge in understanding, enhance and maintain the existing automation frameworks for different applications.
• Good to have knowledge on Functional and API / Web Service Automation tools like Micro Focus-UFT (GUI & API), Selenium and SoapUI.
• Good to have knowledge in Monitoring & analyze of server performance counters like CPU, Memory, deadlocks, connections/threads & etc.
